I decided to design a webpage that was aesthetically pleasing and true to my personality. I love pink and polka dots so it made sense to incorporate those elements into my page. I also decided to create icons that will lead to my email, phone and social media because it drives me nuts when I have to search for a companies contact information. I decided to put mine front and center. I was really torn between adding a ton of elements to make my homepage look fancy and keeping it basic. I want viewers to be able to easily navigate my website. I couldn't decide what I wanted to do with my main content section so I made it a slideshow that way I can have a running montage of my work right on my homepage.
